To try and eliminate as much vibration as possible an in-house innovation called Deadwood is used in our top of the range Hi-Fi stand. Deadwood is manufactured by combining three different layers into a pressurised laminate (pressed in a 700 ton press) virtually eliminating any ringing and vibration i.e. a dead wood.
Our supporting columns between the shelves is also unique in the fact that it is not manufactured out of metal, since metal rings. It is turned out of a mdf(medium density fiberboard) laminate and then painstakingly finished. Each column is finished with 5 layers of different sealers, primers and Acryline(as used by most leading car manufacturers) top coats. Three different colours are available (silver, gunmetal and grey). Custom colours are available at minimal additional cost.
At Lerange we are passionate about wood, and its natural colour and therefore we don't stain any cheap wood to look like expensive wood. We never use any foils or look-a-like plastic veneers. We only use real solid woods and real wood veneer in all of our products.

Lerange started as an idea to produce hand built, non-mass market audio video stands with the audiophile in mind. The design had to be stylish unobtrusive and be able to blend in well with surrounding interior design. The furniture is in constant evolution without compromising the original design goals -This can be seen in our brand new stainless steel adjustable and lockable spikes-.
